Replacing speakers in an amplifier is a skill for anyone who is basically competent with simple tools and soldering, and requires only a basic knowledge of electronics. However, always keep your fingers and tools away from the amplifier's internal circuitry, even if it is turned off and disconnected from the power supply, as some amplifier components can even retain a lethal charge when the amplifier is turned off. If you feel at all unsure about being able to do the job safely on your own amplifier or cabinet - especially a multi-speaker cabinet, which can have a complicated wiring scheme - take it to a professional and let them do the hard work.
